Every marriage is different, but all marriages can be beautiful. Our mission is to support husbands and wives as they grow closer to Christ and to each other through every season of life. Whether you’re newly married, walking through challenges, or looking to strengthen your relationship, we want to come alongside you with resources, encouragement, and community. Below you’ll find opportunities designed to help you cultivate a marriage that reflects the love of Jesus.
Marriage Ministries at Good Shepherd
Whether your marriage needs to be reignited or completely resurrected, re|engage is a safe place for couples to reconnect. This ministry offers hope to marriages by helping couples move toward oneness through stories of grace, teaching, and small groups. Re|engage is a marriage enrichment program; whether couples are struggling to get along, have broken relationships, or simply want to grow closer together, marriages in any condition can benefit.
The cost is $50 per couple. Limited childcare is available for children birth - 5th grade. The next session begins on August 12. Register.
Healthy marriages start long before the wedding. Merge prepares seriously dating and engaged couples for marriage by addressing common challenges from a Biblical perspective in a fun and authentic environment. This ministry includes large group teaching time, small group discussion with a trained mentor couple, and personalized learning opportunities. Check back soon for registration info.
Foundation Groups are community groups for married couples who have been married 3 years or less. 4-6 couples are placed in a group together with a more experienced mentor couple who leads them. As the couples establish a solid foundation for their marriage, we hope they become more like Jesus, experience healthy community, grow in oneness with their spouse, and learn to live on mission with their life and marriage. The next group begins on August 12.
Grace Marriage
Grace Marriage is a quarterly, Christ-centered date experience designed to help couples intentionally invest in their relationship throughout the year. Each session offers time to relax, connect, and grow together through video teaching, guided conversation, and meaningful one-on-one discussion, all focused on grace, gratitude, and growth. It’s not counseling, but a proactive rhythm to nurture your marriage and keep it strong. The cost is $189 per couple for the year and includes childcare, materials, and four “date day” experiences hosted at Good Shepherd. Open to all couples in our community!
